to a personalized "My Staff's Tasks" menu that provides visibility over current

The Intelex System tracks who is doing what, when, where and how. It doesn't just
store this information, it automates it through fail-proof notifications and tracking
systems. All tasks, forms and requirements can trigger an email notification to
the appropriate person responsible.
Single Click Access to Task from Email - Every email notification includes a
hyperlink that sends the user directly to the task detail screen within the Intelex
system. This screen provides further instructions, downloads as well as fields to
record activity completion and upload related documentation.
Escalating Email Notifications - The Intelex System ensures nothing falls through
the cracks with an escalating email notification feature. The system can be configured
to escalate the email notification of tasks pending completion. This feature is
extremely flexible and can be configured to send any number of emails to any number
of people to ensure tasks are completed on time (see figure 1).
100% Compatible with industry standard email systems - The Intelex systems work
with industry standard email systems such as all Exchange, Groupwise, Notes and
other applications.
The Intelex system is designed to streamline the flow of information throughout
any organization. Organizations can mirror their hierarchical structure within the
Intelex database, this enables data to 'flow' from the site level to a department,
regional, corporate or world-wide level.
Each location, division, department or other type of business unit can manage their
structures independently and can have varying levels of hierarchy.
Data within the Intelex system will “roll-up” to appropriate management levels.
For example, a user who is assigned access at the corporate level will see data
from throughout the corporation. A user who is responsible for a business unit (under
the corporate umbrella) will also view data from the locations within their scope
of responsibilities, but will be blocked from accessing data from outside of their
business unit. At the facility level a user can be given access that displays only
data that applies to their facility.

The Intelex system summarizes critical information into a user specific 'Performance
Dashboard'. The contents of a user's dashboard is entirely configurable by the system
administrator, ensuring a targeted summary of his or her priorities.
The Intelex Dashboard provides graphical summaries of management system performance,

The Dashboard can be filtered by user, position in the organization structure and
