Intelex has four user licenses available: System Admin, Full Access, Supervisor Access, and Limited Access!

System Administrator
The Intelex System Administrator has access to all functionality within a specific location and below. The System Administrator is somewhat of a special User within the Intelex system as they have the ability to modify: employee records, email notification schedules, location and module set up, the security module.

Full Access User
The Full Access User type has very similar functionality to that of a System Administrator. They have full access to all modules at their location excluding employee administration, location and email notification and security modules. Full Access users will have varying abilities depending on the security access assigned to them by the System Administrator. Generally, they will have the ability to add, delete, update and modify available system records, however, these settings can be restricted. Full Access Users are often assigned to manager type personnel with the onus of entering data, maintaining critical records and assigning task responsibilities to other system users.

Concurrent Supervisor Access
A Supervisor Access user has all the functionality of limited access user with the added ability to visit all full access modules in a read only capacity. Typically, users who need the ability to view and monitor critical records but will not be actually entering in information will benefit from this user type. A Supervisor will also be able to monitor and update all tasks assigned to his/her employees. The focus of the Supervisor is to monitor and ensure that all their employees are up to date with all their activities and training.(Note: mulitple users can share one license)

Concurrent Limited Access
A Limited Access User has very limited functionality within the system. Limited Users are often seen as the "eyes and ears" of the organization. They have the ability to fill out any report (Environmental Incidents, Accidents, Communications), read released documents and complete assigned tasks. The Limited Access User has been designed under a concurrent license (Multiple users can share one license). Essentially, all limited users within a location would share a set of licenses allowing only that number access to the system at any given time.
